“FULLY REPADDED” for me means here at secondhandsaxes: All keys taken off ,body&neck cleaned inside & out…keys all cleaned & sometimes touch points polished …dints removed ….ALL pads replaced & i use proper shellac…CORK/FELTS replaced if warranted..…fix any binding keys plus swedging to reduce the slop of the keys …re-assembled with proper grease/oil including oiling the rollers …adjusted & play tested (I am a saxophone player) …case vacuumed …I charge $1500 minimum for repadding a saxophone…
