Saxophone Necks

After the reed and mouthpiece,the neck is the most important part of the saxophone...It often gets damaged, lost or stolen and then we need a spare one...After collecting saxophones for a few years I realized these facts, and started searching for these missing necks and have had great success at finding homes for many necks... Also, there are many different necks for the same model that makers make for their saxophones made out of different metals/shapes, so this makes for a different sound like changing the mouthpiece does... Please take care of your neck...I advise putting your mouthpiece on your neck before putting the neck into the body of your saxophone,this will reduce the risk of damage,especially "pull-down" damage... Cleaning out the inside of your neck occasionally with a pull through is recommended.....
